The first two months of 2024 have been busy for the team working on the Visitor Economy Hub. T-Stats’ developers Metarelic have made great progress on the user engagement app and it’s looking fabulous!
The app, available on smart phones and tablets, will allow users to enter the system with ease and get an instant overview of the latest destination data. They’ll also be able to input any updates they have, check the weather forecast and see what events are lined up in the coming weeks, helping them plan ahead.
Notifications from tourism organisations can be switched on meaning everyone can be kept up to date with their destination news!
We’ve also been busy liaising with all third party data suppliers to make sure we’re pulling in all available data sets to maximise the insight the system can provide. Look out for our upcoming Supplier Focus posts that tell you a bit more about the data that will be coming into the hub and what that means for you!
