The South West Visitor Economy Hub is the product of extensive consultation with tourism businesses and organisations in your region, as well as Devon & Plymouth Chamber, Somerset Chamber of Commerce, Devon’s Top Attractions and PASC.
Developed with input from key regional partners and tourism businesses themselves, the Hub is the first platform to bring real-time visitor insight to the South West. It’s an excellent tool for planning, marketing and demonstrating support for your local visitor economy.

The South West Visitor Economy Hub is an online software tool that securely stores a vast range of data from many different sources and turns it into pictures and graphics that help tell a story.
The strength of the system is that unlike one-off surveys or data collection exercises, the Hub is continuously collecting data, every day, so that sector and visitor trends can be constantly tracked, and the changes understood.
The analytics provided by the Hub can be used by visitor economy organisations like yours to make better decisions about marketing, planning, policy making and investing for the future.

Help us to promote business engagement with the system. Increased business participation strengthens the system’s analytics and demonstrates a commitment to the growth of the visitor economy. Please encourage your partners to sign up – for them it’s free. Complimentary training, guidance on interpreting the data, and free onboarding events are provided.
The day-to-day running of the platform will be managed by the team at T-Stats Solutions (who created and host the system), all you have to do is enjoy the insight the system will bring you.
As well as having access to the trackers themselves, regular reports are available to download and share with your colleagues and stakeholders, that summarise the key analytics on your destination.
